Saginaw Chippewa Academy

The Saginaw Chippewa Tribe continues to grow and is a dynamic force in this community. For these reasons, tribal members are encouraged to pursue continuing education to meet the demands for knowledgeable employees to fill key positions within the tribe. There are many opportunities available for team players and potential leaders within the tribal organization and education is a key component necessary to achieve this goal.

The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe funds an extensive scholarship program for tribal members. Under this program students may receive grants for full or part-time enrollment status. These grants are available to undergraduate and graduate students. The Tribal Education Department reserves the right to request an academic progress report or attendance report from public colleges and universities for tribally funded students at anytime.
